Return & Refund Policy – ROOMCART
At ROOMCART, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every furniture piece and home décor item you purchase from us. We understand that selecting the perfect item for your space can sometimes require a second look, which is why we offer a hassle-free, 30-day return and exchange policy. This policy applies to all products purchased directly from ROOMCART, whether through our website, phone orders, or authorized retail partners (provided the purchase was made under the ROOMCART brand). Please read the following terms carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unused, unassembled, and free from damage caused by the customer. All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included. ROOMCART reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item shows signs of wear, assembly, or alteration. Products marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective, in which case our standard defect policy applies.
Free Returns & Exchanges
ROOMCART proudly offers free returns and exchanges on all eligible items within the 30-day window. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email once your return is approved. No restocking fees are ever charged. You simply pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. For exchanges, we will process your replacement once the returned item is scanned by the carrier; you will not be charged additional shipping for the exchange item unless you choose a faster shipping method or the replacement has a higher price.
Refund Processing Timeline
All refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. ROOMCART will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. If 10 business days have passed since we received your return and you have not received your refund, please contact our customer care team immediately.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] or calling (503) 555-0199. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund, including any original shipping costs. ROOMCART may request photographic evidence of the defect or damage to assist in our quality assurance process.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Have your order number and the item(s) you wish to return ready. Our team will guide you through the process and provide your prepaid return label within one business day.
