These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ROOMCART website, mobile application, and any associated services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by ROOMCART (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from ROOMCART, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ROOMCART. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. 2. Products and Pricing
All products listed on ROOMCART are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be added at checkout.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, shipping address, email, and payment details. Your order represents an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is due at the time of order. 4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. ROOMCART is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unforeseen events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. 5. Returns and Refunds
Our Return Policy, available on the Platform, forms part of these Terms. Generally, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to conditions. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Certain items, such as clearance or personalized products, may be non-returnable.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not attempt to interfere with the Platform’s security, functionality, or content. Any harassment, abusive language, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of access.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

The Platform and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ROOMCART does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ROOMCART, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Portland, Oregon. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Severability
